Hi Janis,<br><br>first off all, awesome work you have done here, I think Vavoom is the best port I have tried so far. There's just one quirk: If I set it to enable 3d sound, the monster sounds are too soft, and when I disable 3d sound, my own sounds are too soft most of the time. Sometimes they have the normal volume, but mostly, they're almost not audible.<br><br>I am running the latest release of Vavoom, and I'm running it on Windows 2k with latest service pack and latest DirectX. Vavoom is the only game that has this kind of problems.

For 3d-sound try to set console variable s3d_min_distance to a larger value. I will put an eye on non-3d sound, but most likely on my sound card it will work fine. Anyways, there are some parameters that can be made customizable.
